Everything in the hotel was fantastic! We enjoyed the room with ocean view very much. You can see and hear the ocean weaves that was relaxing. The pools are also big enough to enjoy swimming. The breakfast that so many options to choose from was always fun. We stayed 5 nights and also had a romantic dinner and Balinese massage. We have to say that the massage we had at the spa was amazing and one of the very best massages. We strongly recommend it. Overall, we enjoyed every minute in the Hotel.

i stayed there for 2 nights. First impression was very good as it was the resort / villa kind of feel which I liked. However, it was not located close to town but luckily they provided free shuttle service from 7am-8pm (only to town, other areas one-way will be charged at Rp 50,000). You could arrange a time for them to pick you up at a location back to the hotel, but there was once the driver forgot to pick us up and we called the hotel after waiting for 15 minutes. Alternatively, you may borrow a phone from any restaurants to call the hotel when you wish to go back. Their airport transfer is free as well. The most amazing thing about this resort is their private beach has a nice view of the sunset. The staff were friendly and they would recommend us the places we can go.

Amazing hotel, staff, and experience on Flores! Truly gorgeous location and setup. Staff goes out of their way constantly to make sure you are fully taken care of & it doesn't matter if it's their job or not.
The only thing to be aware of is that any tours, spa treatments, & food you get here while amazing are priced in line with their 5-star status, meaning about average American prices, rather than what you'd expect for SE Asia.
If you want a tour to see the Komodo dragons, be clear if you want to go to Rinca (closer & cheaper) or to the Komodo Island (farther & pricier). In both cases, if you arrange with the hotel, it will be a private boat, so if you'd rather a group tour or cheaper rates, I'd recommend arranging in Labuan Bajo or before you go. I saw Rinca & was told you normally see more Komodo dragons (my main interest). They were amazing! You also get 2 snorkel locations for about 1 hour each that are nice. The Komodo Island has fewer komodos to see I was told but you also snorkel/dive with giant manta rays and at the pink sand island, which are supposedly great snorkel spots. So it depends on your priority on which to do. The staff is very helpful in explaining but you have to ask the right questions as it seems most people just do the first trip offered.
Lastly, the hotel & staff do a great job with little touches like complimentary afternoon coffee/tea break from 4-6 pm each day; paddle boards, kayaks, snorkels for use; & mosquito repellent available.
