For me it was always the beach. The cottages and amenities were worn out and old! The beach was great. Compared to alot of other locales on Koh Chang it was peaceful and the beach was clear of rocks. The food was okay.

We booked a family bungalow for 3 nights but left after the first. The room was not properly cleaned. The floors were dirty, there was a used tissue in the bed, and one pillow had red stains.
