Staff were amazingly warm and friendly. But although the room seems recently updated with nice furniture the room was dusty-thick dust. Coffee machine was dirty and the room had a lingering stale odor. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable so I did not make a complaint about the items listed. ...

Kilkea Castle
This is a beautiful property. We had a carriage room and it was clean, luxurious, and comfortable. Drinks in the bar inside the castle were delicious. As was dinner in Hermione's and breakfast the next morning in the Castle. I would like to have stayed longer to see more of the area.

Cannot fault this lovely hotel. Just wanted to comment, to be patient with food order. We arrived at 7.30pm, staff where clearly busy, there was also a wedding in the venue.
