Hôtel de France Bergerac
Right on the edge of city centre, everything no more than 10 minute walk. Loads of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Hotel clean, tidy and comfortable, staff were superb, nothing a problem. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel de France.

Horrible checkin process. Also your room has to pass inspection before you check-out or your 100 euro deposit is not refunded. Also you have to make and strip beds and haul the sheets and towels out.

The Originals City, Hotel de Bordeaux, Bergerac center
At the price point, this is a very superior hotel. It is approximately a block from the downtown Square near many many restaurants and all the rest of city center. Is this where I stay when I need to go to Bergerac.

Breakfast is basic but fine no tea and coffee making facilities in their own which is annoying parts of the room and clean no shower Matt left for the second night had to go and request it. However, receptionist on the front desk who was English spoke brilliant French and was superb.

The room I was in was extremely noisy. Whenever somebody used water above me, I could hear it rushing through the walls or pipes. It woke me up several times over the night. I really wouldn’t stay here again, the lack of sleep was a little bit distressing.
