All staff is extremely friendly, helpful and resourceful. We arrived 3 in the morning with delay and the Abdallah was there to pick us up, Zuma had the greatest suggestions, Ahmet despite the fact he was fried, gave us all the pefect solutions and offers before arrival. We were there with our kid and felt super safe and amazingly hosted. Absolutely the right spot to settle and charge yourself before and durimg the pyramids madness. Bravo guys and girls!

We arrived at 5:00 am and they let us stay even if the check in was later. They were super nice and cool, very polite and friendly. We felt really good at all times. Breakfast was very good as well!! Also they have a killer view of the Pyramids:)

Mi experiencia en este hotel en Guiza fue maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, el personal fue extremadamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme en todo lo que necesitaba, lo cual hizo mi estancia muy cómoda y agradable. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y completo, ideal para comenzar el día con energía. Lo que realmente hizo que mi estancia fuera especial fue la vista directa a las Pirámides de Guiza. Poder contemplar el amanecer y el atardecer desde el hotel fue algo mágico, una experiencia única que recordaré siempre. Recomiendo este hotel a todos los que quieran disfrutar de una estancia tranquila y con unas vistas espectaculares en Guiza.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in this area, but this was my first time at this one — and it definitely won’t be my last. From now on, this will be my go-to place whenever I’m in town. The hotel is owned and operated by a group of highly professional individuals who demonstrate exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for what they do. Their experience clearly shows in the way they care for their guests and ensure everyone feels welcome. They also organize fantastic tours across Egypt, which makes staying here not only comfortable but also a great starting point for exploring the country. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.
