All staff is extremely friendly, helpful and resourceful. We arrived 3 in the morning with delay and the Abdallah was there to pick us up, Zuma had the greatest suggestions, Ahmet despite the fact he was fried, gave us all the pefect solutions and offers before arrival. We were there with our kid and felt super safe and amazingly hosted. Absolutely the right spot to settle and charge yourself before and durimg the pyramids madness. Bravo guys and girls!

Mi experiencia en este hotel en Guiza fue maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, el personal fue extremadamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme en todo lo que necesitaba, lo cual hizo mi estancia muy cómoda y agradable. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y completo, ideal para comenzar el día con energía. Lo que realmente hizo que mi estancia fuera especial fue la vista directa a las Pirámides de Guiza. Poder contemplar el amanecer y el atardecer desde el hotel fue algo mágico, una experiencia única que recordaré siempre.
