My stay in Samara was amazing. They were ultra all inclusive and had food available at all hours of the day. The food was great and the staff were very friendly. Lovely property staff were very welcoming and helpful. Always there to greet you at restaurant times and get you seated. Would always bring drinks ie water coffee or alcohol which was nice. The bar staff were very helpful and friendly even put the football on the tv for us. Rooms were cleaned daily and mini bars in the room always stocked. All in all a lovely resort with brilliant hard working staff would definitely recommend.

We stayed for six nights having completed a very last minute booking - arriving at the hotel just a few hours later. Very warm and friendly welcome at the front desk. We had reserved a corner room and were really pleased with the dual aspect - plenty of light. The room and resort were very clean. All the staff worked hard to make our stay a memorable one. There were plenty of sun-beds and places you could spend time. The food was very good and never got repetitive. Drinks were okay - although there was a very wide choice of cocktails and service was always quick. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. Some nights the acts were excellent, but on others it felt a little amateurish. Not sure we would return, but would recommend it to others looking for a good quality all-inclusive hotel.

The guests at this hotel vary greatly, but overall it seems more of an older crowd is usually there. In my 2 weeks there i think my wife and I were the youngest couple by at least 3o years.
