the kitchen is a pizza place next door to property, there's not like you can have drinks at night. The walls are so thin , you hear everything , awful . its a okay place to crash to try to sleep not a vacation plan

My room was horrible and the people next door didn’t let me sleep cause you fell everything they do. They didn’t give me extra blankets the one I had was really small. When I went to ask for extra they didnt have. So disappoint. Really bad experience. I will not recommend it .

We arrived at 8:30 PM and had called ahead. Check-in staff was polite and explained the rules and 11 AM checkout but failed to mention there was no proper hot water in Unit #202. The Expedia photos are very misleading. The property appears much more upscale online than it actually is. In reality, it feels run-down and far from everything — you definitely need a car. It does not match the high-end impression shown in the listing. The first night I had no hot water in the shower. The second day I discovered the hot and cold were reversed. Staff apologized but the issue was clearly plumbing-related. The room and bathroom were generally clean, breakfast was good, and guests seemed to enjoy the pool. However, the bed had dusty residue, which was concerning at first. My main issue is honesty in the listing. The photos create expectations that do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. I feel misled.

No windows in the room , no hot water they told me to keep the water running for sometime with the knob turned to the left. I did not get any hot water and left the hotel with out taking shower. Staff is nice and we could park car safely .

Arecibo Inn El personal fue muy amable y simpático, siempre con buena disposición. El cuarto estaba limpio, lo cual es un punto positivo. No obstante, el lugar necesita remodelación; se siente antiguo y había olor a humedad. Los alrededores no me hicieron sentir muy segura y el estacionamiento tiene muchos huecos que dificultan el acceso. En general, la experiencia fue regular: el hotel es sencillo y con áreas por mejorar, pero el trato del personal fue muy bueno.

This was an average hotel and not what I'd classify as "very good." The walls are very thin, and you can hear your neighbor's conversations clearly. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was below average.

It was sooo bad and was so far out and hot water wasn’t running and heard slamming doors all night was booked for 4 days but had to leave after the first night and although I had insurance on my booking they wouldn’t give me a refund for the rest of the days.
