We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and well organized. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well managed. Genet Kidane was wonderful ! She went out of her way to make sure my day was absolutely great ! She’s very beautiful, professional, and very hospitable! There were other two women . . . Hana & Feven . . . Very helpful and very professional. Without these three women in the state would have been just OK . . . They made my stay very pleasurable and I will definitely come back again :)
