Breakfast decent with good variety, no option of omelette though. Staff very good, proactive and helpful. Room clean and large. Lovely views of the Seyhan River and Sabancı Mosque from the restaurant. Hotel located next to shopping centre (AVM) so plenty of food options. Good stay overall.

Above all the hotel has excellent location. Regardless of busy streets and the nearby shopping mall, the room was quiet. We had the riverside view which is really beautiful. The bed was comfortable but the overall setup of the room is a bit ascetic. The breakfast was good. It is nice that the breakfast is served on the top floor restaurant, with nice view.

Close to being perfect

The hotel is a lovely hotel and amenities are close to being perfect but not quite there. Lovely and helpful staff Location is decent but not in the best part of Adana with that being said it is very confident having a nice shopping mall right next to it and bus stops and taxis available as well. Overall we loved the comfort and the helpful staff and if I’m Adana would definitely return.

I am very happy with my stay in Turkmen hotel. If you are hesitating between hotel choices, I recommend Turkmen riverside Adana. If is closer to a 5 star hotel in terms of service. I came for 8 nights for medical tourism and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Special thanks to Burhan, Burak. And of course Attila.. I had no problems with the AC. I checked in earlier and asked for a non smoking room and everything was perfect. Absolutely 0 smell in my room throughout the stay. I had no problems of any kind that some people have mentioned in the reviews. The staff made sure to say if I wanted at any time to open the windows they could open it for me (it has a lock) The breakfast was nice and healthy. Try the Turkish tahini and pancakes. the cheeses were very good. No problem with coffee. The breakfast could be a little more but I think it was perfectly enough, the restaurant staff are amazing. Housekeeping was always timely. Thank you.

Bu otelde sadece kahvaltıda filtre kahve bulabildim. Onun dışında instant kahveler vardı. Klimanın çalışması iyiydi ama 27 santigrat dereceye getirdiğimde bile aşırı soğuktu. Klimalar çok fazla ve soğuk üflüyordu. Haziran ayında Adana'da üşüyeceğimi düşünmezdim. Odada havluyu asabileceğim hiçbir yer yoktu. Ayrıca odada kahvaltı saati vs ile ilgili bilgi alabileceğim herhangi bir not yoktu. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi, oda temizdi ve yeni görünüyordu. Ayrıca tüm otellerde olduğu gibi burada da oda aydınlatmasının yetersizliği sinir bozucuydu. Bazen odamızda bir şeyler okuyabilmeliyiz. Lütfen karanlıkta oturmak zorunda kalmayalım artık. Yardımcı ışıklar yeterli olmuyor.
