To redeem rebates, you must book your travel through the links on this page.

  • 1. PRINT & SIGN IT. Print this instructional page for easy reference, and sign your name at the bottom -- you'll need to mail this page in.
  • 2. BOOK IT. Use the search box at left to find your flight, hotel, or car deal. Travel must be completed between August 1, 2008 and December 31, 2009.
  • 3. CONFIRM IT. Print out your booking confirmation page -- you'll need to mail this page in.
  • 4. CUT IT OUT. Clip the original coupon from your 2009 Entertainment Book.
  • 5. MAIL IT. Please mail these three items to us at the address below within 30 days of your booking:
    • a. signed instructional page (this page)
    • b. booking confirmation
    • c. original coupon from 2009 Entertainment Book
