Staff and extra touches for our anniversary. Rooms ovee padel courts very noisy as had to leave window open cause room was so warm with radiators off. Also light hanging out of ceiling in gathroom . This is a very peaceful and relaxing hotel. The staff could not be more helpful. Spacious room and a super comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely with a very good menu and was cooked to order. I would highly recommend staying here.

Check in was excellent, however the room was cold, only a blow heater. Asked at reception for someone to come and look at heat but someone only came with another heater by did not look at the issue
