This hotel has seen better days. I am not sure how they still maintain the 5 star rating. The porperty lacks maintainance, badly. staff at the front desk need to be more welcoming, lack of good customer services. No offer of luggage service to our room. The room location was not step free, it was outside the main build and it was raining, be careful of the slippery tiles
