We were late arriving but it wasn't a problem, the night porter was expecting us and check in was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious and immaculate as was the bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional but unfortunately the room I was first in had a blocked sink and then the second room had no heating. I had a meal in the evening that wasn’t fully cooked and was cold, I did get a replacement meal but overall my stay at this hotel was less than satisfactory.
