"Nice beach hotel by Akko"
Well located by the beach within walking distance of the old city and downtown modern Akko. I was only there for a night and didn't avail myself of any of the hotel services other than access to the beach. Seems to be populated by well-to-do Israeli families looking for a beach vacation. Views from the room were breathtaking. Everything clean, well tended, staff nice and competent. But I only had a small taste. From an aesthetics standpoint, there are many good reasons not to have a high rise hotel along that coast, it feels wrong. But that's never stopped the Israelis.

"Great Boutique Hotel"
This was a great Boutique Hotel! The staff was great!!! The rooms were lovely and clean! The breakfast was the best breakfast that I had I all of Israel. There were three kinds of fresh yogurts, an assortment of cheeses, marinated fish, freshly made whole grain bread, salads, pasties and espressos and cappuccinos available all day long. It was all so good! The hotel staff was so wonderful! As soon I check in the staff brought a plate of dates and cake to my room. Whenever I return from a day of traveling the staff would offer me herb tea, with the herbs just picked from their garden and cake to go with it. The staff treated me so special that I could have stayed there forever. They even washed my clothes for me. The staff at this hotel really made my stay a wonderful experience!

Theodor Hotel - Haifa Hotels

Theodor Hotel

63 Herzel Street, Haifa - Map

"Great hotel let down by location"
The Theodor is well signposted and a skyscraper, so it's easy to find. It is like stepping back in time. It's a 80s building with 90s decor. However, it's big, airey and spacious. The room is equally clean, spacious and has all the amenities you'd expect. We have an absolutely stunning panoramic view from our room. However, it gets windy so don't leave the windows open overnight. Hadar is a 'commercial centre' of Haifa. It's great for transport and shopping (if you like Poundland products) however there's nothing else nearby. No sights, no restaurants, no bars and limited cafes. As much as I liked this hotel, if I was to return to Haifa (which I won't) I'd stay in a hotel Downtown. Much prettier and more convenient and more to do.

Acre is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Acre, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Acre hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
