Low-Price Guarantee
How do I qualify for the Low-Price Guarantee?

We work hard to negotiate the lowest possible hotel rates for you. Within 48 hours of booking on Hotwire, if you find a lower price for your entire stay for an equivalent room and bed type in the same hotel on the same dates, we'll refund you double the difference!

A few things to keep in mind when requesting a Low-Price Guarantee refund:

  • The lower rate must be available for booking. Some sites display rates that are not actually available when you try to book.
  • The lower rate must be available to the general public. Corporate, AAA, AARP, employee, government, military and convention rates, as well as loyalty or points programs, do not apply.
  • The Guarantee is based on the pre-tax hotel rates. Taxes and booking fees do not apply and will not be adjusted.
  • The Guarantee does not apply to future Hotwire reservations. For example, if you return to Hotwire and find a lower price on a hotel in the same area, for the same dates, with the same star rating as the hotel you previously booked, you will not be eligible for a refund on your prior booking.
  • You must submit your request within 48 hours of booking on Hotwire.
