When you reserve a car through Hotwire at a regular-rate, your account will not be charged. Actual rental charges will be billed by the agency when you return the car, and reservations may be cancelled at any time without penalty. You will have the option to purchase insurance and add additional drivers to your contract at the rental counter for an additional charge.
Rates are shown in U.S. dollars. Total cost for regular-rate rentals includes estimated taxes and fees. Total charges are billed at the time of rental. For international rentals (excluding Mexico and the Caribbean) final pricing will be in local currency.
