Mail-in rebate form must be received no later than 30 days after qualified booking on www.hotwire.com/epi.jsp; no rebate forms will be accepted after January 30, 2006. Legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are age 18 or older at time of entry are eligible for rebate. Rebates will be credited to customers within 6-8 weeks of receipt of rebate form. $30 rebate will be credited to the same credit card used for qualifying Hotwire booking. In the event that Hotwire is unable to complete the credit for any reason, Hotwire shall not be obligated to fulfill the credit in any other form. Only original rebate forms will be honored; copies or reproductions will not be accepted. Signature on rebate form is required to confirm compliance with terms of this rebate. Cruise bookings not eligible for rebate.

Additional Terms and Conditions
Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under the mail fraud statutes. Hotwire is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegible or postage due mail. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Hotwire's decision shall be final in all matters relating to this rebate. Reproduction of the rebate form is prohibited. One rebate per Hotwire booking. Offer rights are not assignable or transferable. Hotwire reserves the right to verify identification. Officers, directors, representatives, and employees of Hotwire and their immediate families and household members are not eligible to participate.
