Convenient location off the interstate. Plenty of parking for all types of vehicles. dog friendly. Really made me and dogs feel welcome. Clean. Beds a little uncomfortable. Good experience. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Hidden down a poorly marked service road, this relatively new facility is well designed and features comforts and amenities well above basic. However the signs of deferred maintenace are creeping in. -poorly operating electric main door, very noisy elevator, no sheets for the pull out, no additional pillows. On the plus side, the self service breakfast was good, and overall cleanliness was very good. Improved maintenance would make this a gem.

I almost didn't book this hotel based on the reviews I read, but it wasn't a bad hotel. The worst thing I can say is we had to ask them for toilet paper and that the tub/shower leaked. But the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and it was very convenient to every place we wanted to be in Beaufort.

This is my second time here. This place needs to watch out and use some insecticides in their vicinity. Their bug problem has increased DRAMATICALLY since the last time I was here 8 months ago. Well, actually there was no bug problem to speak of 8 months ago. This time around, I killed probably 3 bugs inside the room and 2 right outside the door and I stayed there less than 12 hours.

Close to Parris Island for our nephews graduation, I requested 2 rooms side by side and was accommodated with this request. Breakfast was served earlier for the convenience of those heading to PI early in the morning. Overall a nice place to stay for the convenience.

The town of Yemassee, with a population of under 1,000 residents, is renowned for its Annual Shrimp Festival, which occurs in mid-September. Surrounded by extensive forestland and ponds, this area is an ideal destination for hikers, hunters, and fisherman alike. For those staying closer to town, the local visitor's center and museum, housed in the Frampton Plantation House, is not to be missed.
