"Qualit Hotel in city with a nice little beach area"
Mixed experience. Emailed before arrival to request two twin rooms on same as travelling with our teenage children. We arrived after overnight flight, we weren't expecting an early check in but did expect rooms to be ready as advertised. One room was but we had to wait well past check in time for the second one and we were exhausted by then. Rooms were on separate floors and one was clearly a smoking room, Too tired to ask for another and they were fully booked so that was disappointing.
Staff are really friendly, professional and helpful and gave us good advice on trips etc. Booked Ferrari world, waterpark and dune safari through reception which was very useful.
Hotel restaurants are Ok, a little expensive but better value with 50% off, through pre booking
One issue was that the door lock on the room failed, we were left waiting locked out for over an hour and it was a simple fix.
Location is Ok but there are nicer more tourist areas further out of the city, depends what people were after. Location is more for business than holiday to be honest. Small beach at hotel is clean and safe swimming with very attentive lifeguards. The scourge of most holidays is the endless beach towel reserving of sunbeds. Quite a few selfish people reserve them then don't use all day. into the weekend the staff did remove towels that were clearly not in use and did so discreetly.
overall we enjoyed our trip and booking through Expedia was easy and excellent value.

Cheapest 5 star in the tourist area. Breakfast excellent - they charged me just 40dh rather than advertised 60 - brill value. Pool is for swimming but not really sun bathing. Large room with huge comfortable bed, brill double shower, aircon, safe, everything.

Was very impressed by the staff and facilities. The gym was perfect, and although pool area small, it was very nice. Rooms was lovely and hotel location "off the beaten path" but convenient to my needs and the mangrove forest something unique.

I booked this hotel on a last minute basis using the expedia app. I booked 2 nights thinking i could use my entertainer coupon to get 1 night free. Unfortunately, I learned you have to book through the hotel directly in order to use the coupon.
The room was extremely comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was very soft and the bathroom facilities were top notch. The mini bar offered various types of libations with chasers.
The only drawback I have with the hotel is that I was not acknowledged as an Expedia VIP guest and thus did not receive the full VIP treatment. Upon check out did i inquire about VIP package and told the receptionist i did not receive the service. He apologized for the oversight and gave me 20% off my food and beverage charges. The gesture was ok in comparison to the rest of the VIP services i was suppose to receive (free room upgrade, welcome package, and discounts). It was the sole reason i choose this hotel over other cheaper 5 star hotels. In the future, I'll make sure to inform them of my Expedia VIP status. Overall, nice hotel.
