Excellent hotel and staff

I had a wonderful stay at the HB Xalapa. The staff was very friendly and professional. Despite being next to a busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was amazing! I really slept well in and the room itself was well apportioned. The only reason I did not give top marks was because the WiFi was poor - I could not a consistent and stable connection and had to use data on my phone and give up trying to use my computer. For such a lovely hotel, it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room but other than those 2 things I was very satisfied with my stay.

Hola solo estuve una noche pero me pareció muy buena opción ya que me entregaron la habitación a la 1 de la tarde sin ningún inconveniente en el check in, me aloje en la habitación con matrimonial doble estuve con mi esposa mi suegra y mi bebe de 5 meses para la cual pedí una cuna la cual me resulto muy útil y mi hija durmió de maravilla. los accesos con auto al estacionamiento y al lobbie son muy bueno se nota la limpieza y mantenimiento de las instalaciones en general muy bien. Punto deseable para que mi estancia estuviese al 100% incluir el desayuno y el cambio de la regadera del baño pues de repente denotaba salir poca agua de la misma pero mas por confort por que no afecto el poder bañarme correctamente. Volvería a escoger este hotel para futuras visitas de uno o mas días. a mi familia le encanto.
