This is our 2nd stay at this hotel . Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Rooms aren't huge but very comfortable . Hotel is in a great location . The restaurant is a little pricey but we found several little cafes nearby for breakfast . Overall we would choose to stay here again

The whole experience was amazing. Staff were attentive, the food and facilities lived up to the 5 stars. A once in a life time experience for my fiancée and I which has left us with some wonderful memories.

Apartment was spacious and had everything you would need for the room, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The concierge staff is available at all hours and we were provided with an international phone to use throughout our stay. The location is adjacent to an Underground Station that made traveling around the City simple and quick. Restaurants and supermarkets located nearby for all the essentials. This was the perfect location for our family vacation to London.

The hotel was about an easy 10 minute walk to 2 different tube stations. The sites, sounds, and people along the way were wonderful.
Kensington gardens is on the way to the underground.
The staff were very helpful and courteous. We did not know how to turn the lights on. One has to use the room card in a slot to turn them on. This helped me to never forget to take my room key.
The room was well kept and clean. It is small in comparison to US hotels, but more than adequate for what we needed. My wife and I had more than enough room to hang clothes, store luggage, and move around. We were only in the room to sleep, shower, and refit for the next day.
We did not eat at the hotel. There are many restaurants and shops in the area.
My wife and I never felt unsafe anywhere around the hotel.
I would have difficulty finding a better hotel for the money, location, safety, staff, and tranportation.

Tremendously situated this hotel has the benefit of great staff and the disadvantage of being very big. Feels like a factory. Dont know what you can do about it. The breakfast hall feels like a factory canteen. Maybe they need to have several smaller ones?

Clean and comfortable room. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Great location, quiet area but walking distance to transportation. I would most definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

This must be one of the nicest hotels I have every stayed in. The room was large and comfy with a wonderful view of London from the large windows. Roomy and well appointed bathrooms. The staff was a delight. Professional, but never officious. I must say I have never "chatted" as much with a hotel staff as I did here. They were truly interested in me and how I was enjoying my trip. The hotel is very close to Paddington Station and Tube stops. The neighborhood is lovely and worth a gander. Try the nearby restaurants. You'll be surprised. NOTE: They are renovating. BE PATIENT. They WILL work with you if there are problems. Try this place for a well priced stay in Central London.
