After the breath taking entry to property, the experience did not disappoint. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed the experience immensely. Best breakfasts, so much selection and lovely ambience to breakfast rooms. Lovely staff, very helpful. Although a little out of the way from Windsor it was very easy to get a cab. Decor a little tired but very comfortable

Charles house is in an excellent location within minutes of the castle, town and all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to find and access was extremely simple with an access code emailed a week or so before our arrival. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower room was of a good size with a nice, powerful shower.

Although not in city center I was glad I stayed here. The Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and good sized. Bathroom was clean with a very nice shower stall..I enjoy a comfortable shower ..that got them 5 stars right there. Breakfast was the usual English breakfast..simple but good.
Very good stay..highly recommended.
