When husband and I arrived at hotel and wanted to plug our cell phone chargers to the outlet on the wall in between the bed, we couldn’t get it to work……never got another shampoo and face towels during my stay there after even requesting for more towels and shampoo!

Rugs were very dirty. Long line of some kind of liquid on half the hall way floor. No coffee pot in room but coffee fixings there. No toilet paper holder - just sitting on the sink. Bathroom was clean though and looked new. Personnel were very friendly. The area around the pool was clean as well as the pool.

Definitely not happy

Front desk was nice but the condition of the hotel is nice in the lobby but different when you get to the floors with the rooms. Booked three rooms for a family vacation and they all three get a low rating. Plumbing is awful and the sinks backed up (drained very very very slow) in all 3 rooms just from brushing teeth. Hallways carpets very stained and rooms looked very run down curtains were even ripped. Dead roaches in elevator ceiling lights Definitely not happy and not what I expected.

Please do not stay at this hotel!!! Do yourself a favor! My family and I visited this property on 8/16-8/17. And the staff was very pleasant, but the maintenance of the hotel is extremely poor. Shower curtain has mold, toilet was not cleaned, it still had fecal matter from the previous guest!!!!! bedding was ripped, stains on the walls, everything was out of order, elevator, soda machine. The supervisor told me that she would give me points. I do not want points I would like a refund. Also I don’t have a Wyndham account. Please! These conditions are crazy to me that these things are not maintained. Please see attached pictures. Attempted to contact the General manager and was given an email address that keeps bouncing back after repeating the address several times. Thank you for your time,

Fix bathroom shower doors water was pouring had too use the only shower towels that they gave us throughout are stay no place to put soap or anything inside the shower and only gave us towels every three days and we only stood there for three nights very bad experience not having clean towels

They only give you new towels and sheets every 3 days. The toilet was clogged and they handed me a dirty plunger and told me to do. Their phones do not work in the room. The carpets are filthy with dog poop all over. When we walked in the room for the first time there was dog imprints on the “clean” sheets…

Very impressed with this hotel. Although the carpets in the hallway could use a cleaning and a microwave would’ve been nice, everything else was great. Pool was really nice and breakfast area was good with plenty of seating.
