Nice distance from the beach and rooms were very nice however some things could use improvement. Lobby and hallways were VERY hot.... no AC; I felt sorry for the personnel. Room was not cleaned until on the third day we asked for it to be done. We had to ask for fresh towels when we needed them. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired as did the attitudes of the workers for that area! Some things were stale and the pancake maker never did work properly. When guests complained, the workers there complained loudly about the guests being upset right in front of them. They were very rude... you should never complain about the guests within earshot. We understand that the machine not working properly is not your fault, however, simply hang a sign on it saying Out of Order if you don't want to hear people complain about it not working.

This is a nice hotel I found for my stay. Indeed not a Five star hotel, but important thing is that everything seems clean. For the price I paid, it was very reasonable compared to Four or Five Star hotel. I did not used swimming pool but seems nice.

If you don't want to pay too much to stay on the boardwalk, then this hotel is your best bet. It's a 10 min drive from the boardwalk. The hotel was clean and better than I expected based off the reviews;however the shower was rusting. Breakfast was okay, the waffles were the best thing there. The hotel staff was not that friendly, and then after my stay they charged me $75 for a missing comforter than was not even missing. It was at the hotel the whole time. But overall, my stay at this hotel was okay considering I paid $294 for two nights.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The indoor pool is a nice size
and well maintained. The buffet breakfast has a nice variety of choices. The hotel overall is excellent value.

Motel is close to Borgata and Harrah's. Past all the traffic in Absecon. Decently priced for New Years Eve. Most other hotels in the area were completely booked and any available were ridiculiously priced

We needed to stay over 1night for a concert in Atlantic City on a Saturday night. The hotels on boardwalk easily cost over $300 on weekends in the summer time here, but this motel offers reasonable price and simple, clean room with refreg. & microwave. The hotel itself is old, but the room was spacious, and bathroom was clean & the tile floor and tub was recently renovated, and it was very quiet at night. We only needed nice shower, clean bed, and safe hotel room to rest, so they provided everything we needed.

Pocket Guide: Atlantic City White Horse Pike Hotels
The suburb of Absecon is close to the Atlantic City International Airport. The community is home to an antebellum marvel: the Absecon Lighthouse. Visitors must tread 228 steps to reach the top of the structure, among America’s tallest lighthouses. Its beacon was first lit in 1857. The national landmark has been restored after decades of neglect.
