Beautiful hotel, away from the boardwalk area so very safe, especially at night. Spacious, clean rooms...lots of bars, restaurants and quick food options. Wish they had more shopping available, but there are a few stores to browse in. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was quite nice. It is odd that it's a huge building that is so empty since casino is shut down but it's clean and lovely nonetheless. It was loud all night on my floor so must have thin walls. Very comfortable in my room.

Basically, pleasantly surprised and pleased. The room was clean, and all the supplies were present. We requested a bottom floor (no elevators) at check-in, and they made it happen. When we came back in the evening after a night on the town, the motel looked packed, which indicated to me that travelers are pleased with the accommodations and service. We would stay here again.

Pocket Guide: Atlantic City White Horse Pike Hotels
The suburb of Absecon is close to the Atlantic City International Airport. The community is home to an antebellum marvel: the Absecon Lighthouse. Visitors must tread 228 steps to reach the top of the structure, among America’s tallest lighthouses. Its beacon was first lit in 1857. The national landmark has been restored after decades of neglect.
