Made to feel very welcome, breakfasts are 5 star, lots of choice and fresh local produce
Room was very clean and very comfortable, shower was very good with nice hot water, nice big fluffy towels warm on the heated towel rail. Only slight gripe was the macerator on the w.c. Which was a bit noisy, but small price to pay! Wonderful views of the beach, coast and esplanade, can be a little noisy at night with traffic and passing loud parties but what you could expect from a central location. Would definitely recommend.

"Great value B&B close to the centre of Weymouth."
I want to say thank you to the B&B owner. :)
Okay so no B&B is perfect, but this was a great find:
- Geographically close to where I needed to be.
- The owner was approachable and friendly.
- The room was spotless. Thumbs up to the cleaning staff.
- I had a great nights sleep, the bed was warm and comfortable. Fresh towels were neatly folded on the bed when I arrived.
- Fresh luxury biscuits were provided with ample teas and UHT milk in the room.
- There was a great garden out the back and a veranda outside the room, really pleasant to wake up to on a bright sunny day.

We chose this B&B from the Internet and the write-up does not do it justice. Everything about the house and grounds was interesting. The facilities were top class. There was a spacious lounge for guests. We were welcomed with tea and cake. We had the twin room which has two windows which look out to sea. We were warm, dry and well fed. What more can you ask of a stay away from home.

This was an excellent choice for an overnighter in Weymouth. The location is great with views of the water from our room as well as from the breakfast room where it feels as though the ocean comes right up to the front door! Breakfast was great and Dean was an absolute charm.

Great little B&B run by a lovely caring couple. Room very comfy and very clean. Breakfast room bright and spotless with a fantastic English breakfast plus excellent choice of fruit! Lovely position close to beach but away from noise of main promenade. Highly recommend the Clarence!!!

Situated at the mouth of the River Wey in Dorset County, Weymouth is a seaside resort with ferry connections to the Channel Islands and France. King George III spent his summers here; a statue of the king stands by the bustling seafront. The narrow sweep of Chesil Beach links the mainland to the Isle of Portland, an isolated coastal area that hosts a wide variety of migratory and sea birds.
