We arrived Perth Airport late at night. The hotel provided free pick up for us that made our trip much easier. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable and newly painted. We had a good night's sleep.

We were welcomed when we arrived and pleasant surprised to learn that we had been upgraded to a deluxe room. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel had a small, but adequate, gym. Parking was offsite, a few blocks away, but was complimentary.
The modern hotel is connected to a heritage building that has Julios restaurant. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant.
All of the staff were. Rey pleasant and helpful.

Not going to write an essay, however, hotel staff excellent, very good swimming pool, food good, on the downside shower area could probably do with a safety rail for older persons, quite a few steps to enter the front of the hotel, did not concern us but might be a problem for others, didn't see any wheelchair access, other than that enjoyed our stay.,

This is the 4th week long stay at The Richardson in the last 2 years. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good have dined at The Opus restaurant on several occasions. This time I was disappointed as I requested 2 beds in the room and none were available. Had to pay extra for a suite on top of the amount already paid for an executive room. The room offered was with a view overlooking the car park. No discount was given not even a complimentary bottle of wine. Disappointed.
