Staff was friendly and accommodating. I got a 1st floor room for my bad knee. Hotel is older in need of some upgrades, especially the carpet...wrinkles, patches, stains, etc. Faucet handle was hard to move from side to side. The California King bed was absolutely AWESOME! It was one of the best hotel beds we've ever slept in. It was really hard to get out of it in the AM. Didn't use the shower, but toilet had the sanitary strip around it. Room was CLEAN and odor free! The continental breakfast has a lot to be desired! I need to eat gluten free so there wasn't 1 single thing I could eat. English muffins, regular muffins, sweet rolls, etc. There was no cereal/eggs, etc. I asked about gluten free, and the attendant brought out bananas and oranges. Yes, gluten free, but not breakfast! All in all, not a bad hotel. I would book it again, just for the bed!

Desk clerk was very friendly, and also was aware I had difficulty with the key pad entering the hotel. She was immediately there to help. Great first impression. Everything in the room was very good, except the location of the air conditioner is constantly blowing on you all night long. Bad planning on room alignment.
