I give this place 5 stars for leisure. Great location and set up; walking distance to art galleries, restaurants, and bars.
I do not recommend this place for business. No wifi, off site parking, doesn't cater towards those with disabilities, no elevator.

This is the second time I have stayed there for 4 nights. My room did not get cleaned when I requested it be made up every other day by putting the make up room sign on the door at 9:30 a.m. and one time at 10:00 a.m. The reason I found out was: The head housekeeper makes the rounds on each floor at 7:30 am. If you have a Do Not Disturb Sign out at that time, you do not get on the list to have your room cleaned. She does not make a second go around. I put the Do not Disturb sign out when I go to bed as one time at a hotel, I had housekeeping wake me up about 8:00 am. to clean the room.
Also one leg was missing off the refrigerator and it caused the door to hit the floor making it hard to open. There was a puddle of water on the carpet from the refrigerator. I think it needs replaced. I put a piece of paper under the leg ot keep it level. I requested a towel to put on the floor to try and dry it up. Upon check in. we had only a few Kleenex in the box and only a partial roll of toilet paper.
