The front desk staff was friendly. When I opened the door to my pre-reserved room, there was a guest already in there. I had to go back to the office to get a new room. The clerk was surprised and sent someone to see why the room was occupied. Also the only elevator was not conveniently located. It was old, the buttons did not light up so I couldn't tell if I had chosen my floor. They also did not have any soap just shampoo. Overall, it served the purpose of a place to rest overnight on my drive from Dallas to San Diego.

Great place to experience quiet and peace. Rooms were extremely nice and staff was very nice. A bit tricky to get to coming off 1-10 but close enough to get back to it quickly for you continued travels. Highly recommended.

Luis the gentleman at front desk very nice, helpful and accomodating. Needed a room my mom would get to easily,so he switched us to ground floor quickly. Only issue I have is that there was no eggs/sausage in breakfast area. Had to let morning person that breakfast pans needed to be refilled. Took too long,we just had coffee and pastry and left. It's a shame because that's one of the reasons I picked this hotel. That issue needs improvement, otherwise everything good and comfortable.

West El Paso lies west of the Franklin Mountains which basically divide El Paso into two sections. Located on the Rio Grande River across the border from Mexico, El Paso is home to the site of the annual Sun Bowl, the University of Texas at El Paso. The Chamizal National Memorial, along the international border, commemorates a milestone in the peaceful settlement of a century-long boundary dispute Mexico and the United States.
