It is an older hotel, however, they are in the middle of doing construction and updating things - at least as of right now (2/11/16). I think the room I had the first time I had stayed here was remodeled, as was in better condition than this last one I had. Staff has always been easy to work with. It was maybe a 15 minute drive from where I needed to be downtown (note - I didn't have to leave until a little after 8 AM), and there is a good Mexican restaurant next door, plus a Jimmy John's across the street. Otherwise more options a few blocks away.

Check in and check out was fast and very efficient. Staff was polite, friendly and seem happy to help anytime I needed them. Hotel was clean and easy to get into our room. The room was clean, spacious, with everything we needed, right down to disposable plates and forks for the microwave. Televisions were only 32", they could have been a little larger. That is just a personal preference though.
