For our first stay at a Motel 6 we were pleasantly surprised. From the warm greeting at the Reception Desk to the clean and tidy appearance of the lobby we were immediately happy with our choice. Our modernly appointed room, while sparse,
served our needs adequately. Many thanks to the staff who accommodated all our requests. It was a pleasant 5 night stay with our Toy Poodle!

This is a really nice hotel. Nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. I was shocked by how small the pool was when we arrived but we (family of 4) had a great time playing in it. No hot tub though. The room was really clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. We had to ask for extra shampoo and towels but it was not problem for the staff. Front desk was all very nice except one gentleman who was a bit rude. The breakfast was absolutely delicious if you like omelets.. There is a lady who makes them fresh for you each morning. If you do not like eggs then there is really not much left to eat except toast and cereal. We stayed two nights and were very happy with the hotel. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit the valley.

We love staying however, this time, we ran into a few issues. I was informed that the hotel was at 50% capacity and yet we got put in a room that faced the dumpsters in the back which made it very unpleasant when they came at about 6am to pick up the trash. The trucks made loud noise along with the bins being lifted and put back. It made for a terrible nights rest.
Also, the following day we had a lot of trouble getting ahold of the room service line. We had to be transferred 3 times and no answer until they finally called back. Then it took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive (we ordered 2 club sandwiches) which I believe we may have been over charged. The bill was $46 plus the tip we left for 2 sandwiches
Finally there was a lady at the front desk named Karina. She was extremely rude and sarcastic. We asked for the number to who would deliver food to the hotel past 10 and she responded with an attitude. Then when we asked for housekeeping she said she only had 1 bellman and he was out picking up guests at the airport. She was not very helpful.
