Really went that extra mile - surprised us with a nice bottle of wine 🍷 from all the staff with a personal note saying hope we enjoyed our concert!
Really made our stay even nicer - would definitely return!

The hotel was about an easy 10 minute walk to 2 different tube stations. The sites, sounds, and people along the way were wonderful.
Kensington gardens is on the way to the underground.
The staff were very helpful and courteous. We did not know how to turn the lights on. One has to use the room card in a slot to turn them on. This helped me to never forget to take my room key.
The room was well kept and clean. It is small in comparison to US hotels, but more than adequate for what we needed. My wife and I had more than enough room to hang clothes, store luggage, and move around. We were only in the room to sleep, shower, and refit for the next day.
We did not eat at the hotel. There are many restaurants and shops in the area.
My wife and I never felt unsafe anywhere around the hotel.
I would have difficulty finding a better hotel for the money, location, safety, staff, and tranportation.

"Nice and closed to trains station and underground "
The hotel is closed to train station and underground. Only few minutes walk you can go to different restaurants to enjoying dinner. We stay in apartment 8. We love the room and dinning room. Ours kitchen was nice . We have a phone charge. But it didn't work on ours phone. The staff was nice to show us how to buy one it cost 5 pounds only. Then we can keep charging ours phone and iPad. I will highly recommend to anyone.

Tremendously situated this hotel has the benefit of great staff and the disadvantage of being very big. Feels like a factory. Dont know what you can do about it. The breakfast hall feels like a factory canteen. Maybe they need to have several smaller ones?

Just returned from a week at the Royal Park Hotel. The hotel is more like a B&B. It is comprised of 3 townhouses on a quite street near Paddington Station. Great restaurants and pubs are within 1-2 blocks as is the train station and tube. The location is perfect especially when flying in from Heathrow and is accessible to all areas of the City. The hotel staff is incredible and very friendly. The room, we booked the Deluxe Four Poster Suite was fantastic. It is two rooms with a large hallway with two closets. The bathroom is beautiful and there is a separate WC. The bed was extremely comfortable and out room at huge, beautiful windows which open and have a lovely view of a quaint London street with trees. There is also a small living room with a couch and table and a second TV. The Hyde Bar in the hotel has excellent drinks and a great staff and the tea service is excellent - make it a meal because the selection of teas and food is huge. We will certainly return the next time we are in London.
