"Very pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staf"
The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment programme but it is very unobtrusive. I suspect this is why I was upgraded. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner menu isn't overloaded and I chose the duck which was fine. Breakfast buffet is comprehensive. A very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Stayed in the Thelwall suite with canopy bed and corner bath/shower. Guess this was the only difference to a normal room, and probably not worth the extra cost. Room clean, bed very comfortable. Room very warm though, although fans available, and shower not the best, low pressure. Buffet breakfast good and overall stay good although we only stayed for one night and didnt use any other hotel facilities.

Stayed overnight in family room with 2 friends. Room was fairly spacious with all you needed and bathroom quite new. Only one problem with bedding on one of beds having stained marks. Retail parks in driving distance for food, petrol etc. Breakfast was very nice and staff serving efficient and on hand.

Conveniently located for the motorway and reasonably priced, this newly opened hotel had really great staff, customer centric approach and nice rooms. It is all a bit funky in a good way - very contemporary. Recommended
