Did not receive any information about getting to the hotel. Ended up walking from train station, crossing busy road with luggage and walking through scrub area trying to find the way into the hotel.
Room was nice size and very clean. Only issue was lack of central light, one lamp didn't work and the tea and coffee making facility was not obvious. It was all tucked away in a drawer and with very little light it was difficult to read the sign on the drawer.

Beautiful traditional hotel with great common areas to meet and relax, with beautiful and comfortable rooms and very nice and accommodating staff. Steven at the door was truly unbelievable in going above and beyond to help us with numerous things. His follow up was so impressive and we felt like we made a new friend! He is a true asset to the hotel. He even helped us with how to return our rental car and get to the airport.
At breakfast, we also had a fantastic experience .Both Vilma and Becky went above and beyond in service, warmth and hospitality. This is the perfect hotel to stay at for atmosphere, amenities and service. Front desk was also wonderful!

Great location on the fringe of Chinatown. Three pods for the Nespresso machine was a bit stingy in an executive king room and the road noise was loud so the windows could do with an upgrade. Otherwise a great hotel.
