Very professional, personable staff made our brief stay pleasurable. We were in the towers part of the hotel, 6th floor, which gave a very nice view of the downtown skyline. However, there was what appeared to be a former terrace area below our window that could have used some post-construction clean up. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to see the local fare, pralines, left on our pillow as opposed to the traditional mints. I would definitely recommend the property and stay there again.

Only a one night stay, but really enjoyed the hotel. Nicely appointed room with a very comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant and very accomodating. Hotel is near all of the New Orleans attractions in or around the French Quarter.

I have been to NOLA Mardi Gras many years. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. The hotel is run very efficiently. You can tell. It was Mardi Gras. We had an early check -in, parking was very simple, walking distance to parades was less than 2 blocks. It was so close and convenient. The breakfast is also delicious. Also, it was the perfect place to park and leave when trying to leave during a parade. If you stay here, there is no disappointment. We will be back.

This place has an amazing location! It's within walking distance to the port, mall, and trolly. We were here for a cruise, and we were able to not only walk to our cruise (going through the Riverwalk shops), but got to the trolley which took us into the French Quarter within a few minutes! That, and there's a great bar downstairs with munchies :) The room was clean, modern, and easy to navigate. And the continental breakfast in the morning is terrific!! We're talking sausage, bacon, eggs, grits, cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, fruit juice, coffee, etc.
