"Good location. Good breakfast."
Was a little dissappointed because of the ongoing renovations, which we did know about in advance, but we were given ONE free drink as a thank you for staying during this time, as though it was a good deal. Also when we were checking out and had approx 3 hours before we needed to go to the airport, we asked about the courtesy shuttle to go to the Cordis Hotel ( alternate swimming pool use apparently) but was told because we would no longer ' be guests' we couldn't use it. The last time we stayed at the Eaton ( and we continued our stay because of such a good e perience last time ) we went to their pool whilst waiting for our airport shuttle,,,,,, so what was the difference this time??? Also the last 24 hours we had no WIFI and when we asked why, was told it was under maintenance, and they had no idea when it would be available again So all in all, not such a good experience this time

"Great Location"
Knew Green is located in a busy part of town. The MTR station is about 5 min walk and there are bus and tram stops near by. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with umbrellas and a take along smart phone. It's so handy to make international and local calls with it. The hotel is surrounded with restaurants, shops and money exchange. We had a wonderful stay.

"Great location and view. "
The hotel is located in the center of the city and near a central subway station granting quick access to anywhere in the city. It's within walking distance to many attractions and the harbor. The service was good and the staff helpful. The hotel itself and the rooms were kept very clean. My only problem was the room was a bit small.

"great hotel in a good location"
The hotel is very close to Fortress Hill MTR station. Whilst a train journey is necessary to get to key locations the hotels views of the harbour more than make up for this. The rooms are really comfortable and well equipped. The shower and deep soak bathtubs are divine. We had a grand deluxe room which didn't include breakfast however the cost of eating out was very reasonable and there was a good selection of eateries close by. Housekeeping requests were acted on in a timely manner. Staff were friendly and couteous, check in and check out were easy and efficiently carried out. We arrived late morning and were given an early check in and our check out time was extended to 2 pm as opposed to noon. The pool was lovely however finding beds was sometimes problematic as they were in short supply. It's well worth going up to the viewing area early evening to get a birds eye view of the harbour, There is a fair bit of construction work going on next to the hotel which could be heard from as early as 8a.m. to 6p.m. and this is every day of the week.

"Boutique hotel at a great location"
My first night at the hotel was a Friday. Starting at around 10 pm, I started hearing the thumping of loud music. It did not come from inside the hotel to be sure, but somewhere in the neighborhood. I checked to make sure all the windows were closed, and they were, so the thumping somehow came through the walls. My room was on the 21st floor, but apparently that was not high enough. Mind you, the hotel is in the famous Lan Kwai Fong neighborhood with its many clubs and bars, so no doubt the music emanated from one or more of those establishments. Anyway, the thumping as well as, later on, the noise of people talking continued well past mid-night. Fortunately, I did manage to sleep anyway. What happened on Friday happened again on Saturday, but became slightly less pronounced on Sunday night. I left on Monday so cannot tell you if everything is acceptably quiet on a working weekday. So be forewarned that if you decide to stay at Ovolo on a weekend, you may have to bring earplugs!

Wan Chai Road is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Wan Chai Road, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Wan Chai Road hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
