This was our first time visiting Disney but not staying at an actual "Disney" resort. It was way better then expected. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was really good we did breakfast buffet everyday before we left and some days they had characters come. They have a great pool area with a walk up bar and resturant which we took advantage of. Disney buses come to the resort every 30 minutes and take you to all the theme parks. To get over to Disney Springs you literally walk out the front lobby and walk half a block to a small pedestrian bridge that goes over the main road and when you get to the other side you are right at the start of Disney Springs. PERFECT!!!

It was an excellent stay everything was enjoyable. If you go to Disney springs you can walk literally across the street. Everyone was very nice and the pool and pool bar was pretty cool as well . I will say that if you're not a Hilton rewards member you don't get bottles of water in your room which I think is ridiculous and the other thing is room service is only until 10 pm and the hotel bar stops making food at 11 I think both times should definitely be increased.
