I booked this hotel primarily due to the location and price. I was put in a room in one of the garden wings, I heard the rooms in the main building are nicer. My room was clean but could have been cleaner (found a couple hairs in my shower) and the toilet was broken when I entered the room, I heard it continuously running. Maintenance was quick to come and fix it and they were very courteous. The beds could also use new mattresses as they are a bit lumpy and sink when sat on. I am used to staying on Disney property and while this was close to Disney it was still bothersome for me to get to the parks from the hotel and back. This is really no fault of the hotel though, it's just how it is. Be aware you will need to take a shuttle to the transportation and ticket center and then take a monorail or additional bus to the park you wish to visit. At the end of a long day the whole getting back to the hotel business gave me a headache.

"Ideal location with excellent transport to parks"
I found this hotel to be very good in all areas bar 1. The staff are all very helpful and go out of their way to help you. Rooms are very well serviced and always cleaned on a daily basis. Only down side was cost of breakfast which also carried a service charge so for 4 breakfasts bill came to 95 dollars which it was not worth at all.
