Always a pleasure to stay here, if it's for business or pleasure. I recommend it frequently. Very convenient to transportation, ferry, etc. Being situated in a very solemn, sacred site of the city it has a comfort and peacefulness. Keep doing what you're doing and it will continue to be a place I, my family and colleagues will return to.

This little inn tucked into the Southport neighborhood is really well located for seeing New York and then coming back to experience a neighborhood that is cozy, full of interesting restaurants and bars and stores. The Hop on/Hop off bus stop is a block away and subway is a bit further, but New York is for walking. Easy to get to the Brooklyn Bridge and walk over it, which was fun. But truly, this neighborhood of 4-story buildings, small shops was great and when the Fulton Market renovation is done will be even more fun. Very safe.

Great location, nice experience with people who were more than accommodating to help with two families coming at different times and from different countries. The odd check-in arrangements worked out fine.

This apartment hotel is in the heart of the Financial district so much quieter then staying Midtown. Subway opposite the hotel.Apartment was very modern with full kitchen facilities. Nice bathroom with a bath too. Very friendly staff. Would recommend staying here if you don't mind using the Subway or doing a lot of walking.

Room was smaller than expected, and damage on door in bathroom. The TV remote didn't work so I had to physically get up and change the channel. Also room didn't have cable it only went up to channel 13. The cover were hard and cheap feeling.

This hotel was a perfect location for the ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, for going to the World Trade area, for eating at North End Grill and Dirt Candy. Being near the Fulton Street subway stop is a real advantage, easy to get anywhere else. The financial district has changed and now has lots of places open on the weekend and lots of people around. Rooms are large for NYC and provided everything we needed. Nice to have fitness facilities. Since we drove to the city, it was an advantage having valet parking during our stay. Breakfast on site was helpful, the menu choices were great, the food good, the service prompt. Everyone on staff was so pleasant.

Gorgeous hotel, immaculate attention to detail. I had written a previous review about issues with my heat in my guestroom which someone from the hotel reached out and has made good on the issue. Looking forward to staying again.

Wall Street comes to life before dawn as traders rush to Lower Manhattan to make and break deals. But finance is just one aspect of Lower Manhattan, where colonial churches stand next to skyscrapers. Within the district, rebuilding continues at Ground Zero. At Battery Park, ferries depart for Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, America’s beacon of freedom.
