"This is a nice hotel that anticipates guests needs"
I was only able to stay one night, but it was great! The bar tender was a great lady with good stories, service and connecting people! After a long hike, the pool and hot tub were a welcome therapy for my aching muscles. The view is outstanding, landscaping and common areas were pretty and calming. The staff who check you in are efficient and explain things clearly.

Very friendly staff members, we really enjoyed our stay and we used their complimentary bikes and we took a tour of the bike path and it was great.
I would like to add that my boyfriend and I underestimated traffic in the island and William offered to give us a ride to the airport. We were cutting it short and thanks to him we made on time to our flight to Maui.
Thank you William for being a life saver!

We spent a week here and would return in a heartbeat. We enjoyed the location for easy travel to the North or South end of the island. The condo was immaculate and truly ocean-front. The hotel staff was responsive and friendly. The pool is amazing. We will return to Kauai and will not hesitate to return. A dream vacation at a dream resort!

It's a really good hotel on an excellent location. It's only 10 min drive from airport and you can drive to explore any part of the island and get back at night with ease. Sure it doesn't have a.c or tv, but truth is you don't need a.c. We stayed for 5 days and it was always above 75 degrees outside but the cool breeze from ocean kept us very comfortable at night. You can leave the patio/balcony for open all night. Safety is not an issue at this location. In my opinion this is the best place to stay regardless of weather yr on budget or not. Cuz when yr on that island, trust me yr not gonna spend alot of time in hotel room. Save yr self some money on hotel and spend it to experience great things this island has to offer (boat cruise /zipline /hiking/ surfing etc.)

We stayed on 2nd floor with ocean view, across from Lava Lava Restaurant which was great. Relaxing, live music every night until 9 PM. Having the restaurant on site was fantastic, great food although quite pricey. Hotel location is right on the beach, good snorkeling and even saw seals. Walking distance (15min) to Kappa'a, varieties of restaurants, street food trucks and groceries, Foodland and Safeway. Water temperature was reasonable and the pool was warm and easy to jump in to finish your day. Beach towels were provided, laundry and ice maker on site. Overall, we had great time.

"Beautiful hotel, centrally located on the island. "
Free parking, clean room. Located right on the beach. Restaurant next door where you can eat on the beach. Beautiful hotel, looks like a tropical paradise. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for the beach. The location was great! 12 minutes from the airport. 1 hour to waimea canyon, 1hour to kee beach. The hotel also had 24 hour security

Fourth visit to this facility. And 4th time we had to change rooms due to some type of noise problem.
This time they decided to due a major overhaul of a room near ours. I heard a woman complaining
outside they had awakened her baby. The old management would at least offer to move your
luggage for you to a better room location, this one did not.
