We were extremely happy with our stay. The hotel is older but has been recently renovated. The rooms are very comfortable and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Our favourite was the Lava Lava Beach Club where we had breakfast most mornings as well as dinner a couple of nights. There is a fantastic protected beach right next door to the hotel that you can access from near the beach, unfortunately we found it on our last day!

No complaints with the hotel other than crowded parking lot that is due to other businesses , I've stayed twice and will stay again. I would give a five star if they offered food and brought back the tiki bar coffee in the am.

Very nice property with great swimming pool and good restaurant. Only criticism is the carpet is a little dirty as you find out if walking around with white socks and light fixtures have cob webs that are unappealing.

Although dated, nostalgia is evoked. Nocturnal waves caressing the shore leads to a great sleep. Door ajar allows the trade winds to aerate the room with island ambiance. Kitchenette is a plus. Front desk ladies need to learn proper etiquette. Housekeeping ladies could well teach them a positive lesson. Great location and proximity to Foodland. No TV (a plus for us) but free wi-fi and parking. Grounds are well kept and a safe overall feeling. Hang loose, Hawaiian kine.

This Courtyard reminded us of a four diamond all inclusive resort we stayed in in Cancun. The front desk staff was beyond courteous! The pool area was beautifully lit at night. Sitting in the lounge chairs next to the ocean was our favorite!

Keep in mind this is not a Hotel. You have to call the number they give you, and they will respond with a code for the lock on your unit door. Is a little confusing at first and I didn't think they made this very clear at expedia. However, the place is kept up in good condition, and is at a great location. The only thing is if you get hot easy; there is only an AC wall unit in the bedroom, which doesn't get much cold air to the rest of the unit. Overall I am quite pleased with the place and would stay there again. Definitely worth 4 stars, but falls significantly short of 5.

Located on the south end of the famed Coconut Coast, Wailua sits at the mouth of Hawaii’s longest navigable river. This area was once favored by royalty and is dotted with sacred Hawaiian sites. Today, kayakers and adventurers use the town as a base to explore the Wailua River, Wailua Falls, and the 19th-century plantation village of Kapaa.
