There are a lot of much nicer hotels in the area of Waikiki beach but this one was less expensive and was very nice. The hotel has great views and is right on the beach, zoo, and near the aquarium. Maintenance of the hotel is good as was the cleanness of the hotel. The staff was a little stiff but very workable. I will stay there again.

Stayed in a medium-sized room on the 9th floor with partial ocean view. Mainly a good experiencing, but the indoor-outdoor carpeting was stained and the bar scene by the pool was loud when we were trying to sleep. Also, why are there wooden shutters from the bathroom to the bedroom? They may look interesting, but they let sound, light and odor into the bedroom. Very silly.

This resort was recommended to me by a co-worker/friend! Very nice and hotel staff excellent. Beds not as comfy as I would have liked and elevators very, very slow. Nice ocean view from all eating venues and right on the beach which is what I was looking for. We enjoyed our stay for sure!

We were really happy with the service of the reception staff Tara and Kent were really friendly and helpful. Overall we had an amazing time in Hawaii. I would stay again in the same hotel if I come to Hawaii next time

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of everything. Looking out the window from the fourth floor actually looks like you're in a slum of (insert developing country name). The cleaning people DIDN'T CHANGE MY SHEETS ONCE during a 6-day stay (despite putting the "change my sheets" card on the pillow).

Waikiki established its reputation as a getaway when the Moana Surfrider opened its doors in 1901. Today, more than 30,000 hotel rooms are packed in the skyscrapers along the golden sands of Waikiki Beach. At the end of Waikiki, Diamond Head towers as an enduring landmark. West of Waikiki, Pearl Harbor offers a somber testament to history and the victims of World War II.
