The only negative about this hotel stay was the slow check-in process and the unexpected $100 holding fee I was charged when I arrived. I was told the fee would be refunded but could take 5 days to be back in my checking account. there was an issue with my room which the manager promptly took care of and switched me from a studio to a queen room with a pullout sofa. The room was gorgeous and spacious, the staff was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

I stayed here for 10 nights and couldn't be happier! Very friendly staff! Could not be more helpful even after I locked my key in the room. Fantastic location, central to everything. Lovely comfy bed.. And very large! Clean and spacious rooms. I travelled on my own and hugely relied on Wi Fi, Luckily the Wi Fi worked perfectly for me here! Could not of asked for any more!

We booked the 1 bedroom suite, flew in from North Idaho and had no idea what we were getting. We were so pleasantly surprised we WANTED to go thru their sales pitch as these are condos. But we had told them no and they respected that. We stayed for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. Nicole did a fantastic job checking us in and since we were a bit early, she called my cell phone once our room was ready and all I had to do was pick up keys:) Once we walked into our room we were stunned, floor to ceiling windows looking right out to beach/ocean, actual bedroom with small balcony looking right out onto boardwalk/ocean. Beautiful kitchen, nice dining nook, nice sectional couch and chair in living room, bath was big with jetted tub, all in like new condition. The location was smack dab in the middle of the boardwalk so one day we would go left, next day right, and one day back to everything we loved. So much to do within walking distance. the pier is so close, dining, bars, activities, we will be back every chance we get and we will always stay here if we dont own one sometime soon. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

The check in experience wasn't the best. We had to wait 45 minutes past check in to get into our room. We asked for an upgrade and was able to get an upgrade the next day. The main pool was heated for the kids to use and we were very close to the beach.

This is nicer than most of the beach front hotels and it is right smack in the middle of the beach and boardwalk area, so location is excellent. Also, close to the highway back to the airport and civilization (ano, no, the beach scene cannot be considered civilization).

The only disappointment was that it wasn't facing the beach as I was expecting. It was across the street. However, the staff was friendly, they got me in and out quickly, allowed me to check in a little early so I can catch the speed boat/dolphin tour, the room was clean, the TV worked, they had a gym and an outdoor pool. The PRICE was definitely right and the Continental breakfast was above par! It was relatively convenient (all you had to do was cross the street and you were on the beach). I just wanted a place to rest my head and not have to walk too far to get to the water!!

The state’s largest city, Virginia Beach is known for the inviting stretches of sand that front the Atlantic Ocean. A three-mile boardwalk hosts runners, bikers, and in-line skaters as they whiz by the shops, restaurants, amusements, and many hotels along the way. The military has a strong presence here, too, with air and naval stations situated throughout Virginia Beach.
