I can't think of a cuter place to have a romantic weekend in Vienna.
We arrived on Friday afternoon and had a very quick check-in. We had a free all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet the next morning, and found out we could have free tea, coffee and cakes in the hotel's cute library area in the afternoons. The staff was very welcoming, and gave us directions and advice when we needed it. Finally, we were allowed to keep our luggage in the reception storage area even after checkout, and were able to order a taxi in advance to go back to the airport.
All in all, the stay was perfect.

Amazing location, right in the centre. Super friendly staff, offering to take bags with out me asking etc. Little room they call the business centre which has a computer and printer so I was able to print my boarding pass. Room was big, quiet and clean, although it is a little dates. Only negative was the ultra lumpy pillow!

Loved this hotel! Extremely clean and quiet, professional atmosphere. It smelled nice. Best breakfast buffet I've had in ages. Perfect location, only 3 minutes walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral. Good TV channels and WIFI. Free bottle of water in the room. I was on the 5th floor which had communal showers and toilets, but it was all very pleasant and easy to use. My only criticism is that the water pressure was quite weak on the 5th floor.

Does overall justice to 5 stars. Staff though has 7 star friendliness and helpfulness. Price was competitive for the room but unfortunately the breakfast comes extra at nearly 30 euros unless you commit to have breakfast every day at the beginning. And whilst the quality of the breakfast is good is does not have outstanding choice. My main gripe was that the hotel was a bit overly warm everywhere. Fortunately I could open the windows in my room. Overall though I'd recommend it and would come back again.,

we were really pleased with the location of the Hotel, it was literally 2 minutes from the centre, despite this, it was really quiet. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels etc. Staff were lovely and friendly and gave us lots of help with eating out, locations, cheapest options etc. The hotel had lots of charm and character and i've only marked the hotel down as on all 3 days we had no hot water in the shower no matter what time of day or night we tried, also the bed was old and not very comfortable but the positives definitely outweighed the negatives.

Most travellers to Vienna will spend the majority of their time exploring the Innenstadt (centre). Neatly circumscribed by the Ringstrasse, this area is largely pedestrianised, with quaint cobbled streets and medieval squares. The city's focal point is the Gothic spire of the Stephansdom and key attractions include the huge Hofburg palace and the Spanish Riding School.
