We stay at this hotel once or twice a month. My husband was really upset. I reserved the room with his credit card and they wouldnt let him check in even though they knows how often he stays there without me calling them to assure he was staying at hotel. We will use a different hotel for our future trips.

Made reservations for King Suite but it seems like it was a handicap room. Plus, the late night staff was not helpful with correcting information on the card and invoice. It was disappointing. Plus, the room did not have a view. The view was a wall. The most disappointing event was the morning kitchen and food staff were rude. They kept trying to talk to me in Spanish. I may look Hispanic but I am Native American. And the food that was paid as part of the invoice was being discourage not to take with me. It was about to close and I believe I was told I cannot take with me. Very disappointing, especially since it was paid for.
