I hadn’t realised how far out of Victoria this property is when booking it. It is a 20 minute walk through some rough areas to get to the centre of Victoria. Not in the most convenient of places if you want to get into central Victoria to explore! Our room was above the games room and one night another guest decided to watch TV at 2am, which was very disturbing through thin walls. The bathroom door is also very flimsy and the sink is outside the toilet/shower so there isn’t much privacy!

Very relaxing,, comfortable beds, clean room, amazing food choices close to the hotel. The only downside is it isn’t very close to downtown Victoria but there’s a short bus ride to get you there.

The hotel is nice. The staff weren't super accomodating in terms of we wanted to shift our stay by 1 day. I get that, I wish they were a bit more flexible but the policy is policy so whatever. My bad. But the bathroom shower was not clean. There were literal footprints in it and there were crumbs on the carpet. Didnt give the greatest confidence it was cleaned. Had to wash the shower so I could bathe my kids. Anyways, mixed experience.

Parking can be an issue with the bar below, and if those type of toilet paper dispensers were a good idea you wouldn’t be the only hotel I have ever stayed at that uses them. On that note I will definitely be back!!! Victoria can be very expensive in the summer and this is a nice hotel for a nice price. I think this was my 3rd time here, always leave happy.
