Very small hotel, just off the northbound Benicia bridge. 30 mins to berkeley. Clean, quiet, perfectly adequate, priced right. Nice big fridge-freezer, microwave and coffeepot, but if I had one complaint it would be that there was no coffee to go with it! Starbucks around the corner sufficed. I'll stay here again

We stayed at a competitor a week prior and it was a nightmare. We tried this hotel and crossed our fingers and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was all great and friendly. Our room was not ready due to short staffing when we arrived but they made it a priority to get it cleaned ASAP. We loved the layout of the room and it worked great for us.

Front desk staff was awesome. Pool was clean and useable unlike some of the reviews that said it was closed. Room was fine. There were some stains on the floor and walls, definitely looked old. TV worked, beds were comfy, AC blew cold. Continental breakfast was good. The fresh waffles were nice. Cereal was mislabeled.
Expected a lot worse from all the bad reviews. Had a good stay with no incidents. Wear socks though the floors were pretty dirty on bare feet.

Close to the freeway, but a good location for our purposes. Not a lot of extras, but the price was right. If you need a place to stay, it fit the bill. For some reason the guest upstairs had to walk heavily across the floor at an early hour. Not the hotels fault, just something to be aware of.
