I loved my experience. Top floor, great view. Room is very cozy, very clean. They have a pool and a hot tube. A mini convenience store on main floor. Underground parking. It's in the downtown of Quebec, not a far walk from all the stores. Overall my stay was a wonderful time. Definitly going back to this hotel !

Wonderful location close to the Old City, shuttle service for area tours - the Ice Hotel, Countryside etc. , which can be arranged by hotel concierge and staff, walkable to snow sculptures and other Quebec Carnival events, lanterns on Cartier, many museums, Brousseau Inuit Art Gallery in old Quebec and other boutiques. Loved the quiet comfort of the hotel room, fluffy bathrobe

Sophie was great and very personable, she made check-in easy, was expecting me and greeted me by my name! She has recently taken over the property (within 6 months) and is working on many upgrades and updates. I had great conversations with her about what to see, do and even learned a couple of french phrases.
It is walking distance to Old Quebec, near many great sights and a block away from a street full of cute stores and restaurants. I stayed in one of the basement rooms and found it clean and comfortable. I knew going in that I had shared bathroom facilities and did not have any complaints about this. I felt comfortable to explore the whole historic home and use the common areas.

The staff are friendly; offer us a big umbrella during our stay which is very convenient. The room was spacious with high ceilings. We notice fruit flies in our room; would like more soap bars in the room; only given one,

1790's vintage B&B that wreaks of charm and very interesting architecture. Sitting area with TV on every level so one can watch TV or read by oneself. Multiple shared bathrooms so the "shared" part is rarely an issue. Very pleasant owner who makes a great breakfast. Will go there again when it gets warmer in Quebec.

Upper Town, located mostly within the walls of Old Quebec, occupies the crest of Cap Diamant and overlooks the Saint Lawrence River. Most buildings are at least 100 years old and made of granite in similar styles. Great Lakes freighters and ferries can be seen from Terrasse Dufferin, a pedestrian promenade. Other Upper Town attractions include Château Frontenac and Place d'Armes.
