Myself and my friend stayed here for 3 nights/4 days. We had a cheaper room so we did not have a river view, but we did not spend much time in the room so we did not mind. The room facilities were again fine, everything was working well and we had enough space for the few days we stayed.
We used the spa every morning as it was complimentary. there were 3 or 4 pools of varying temperatures, including large pools that were like a hot hub, with bubbles as well. There were also separate female & male sauna and steam room. which was nice to use every morning.
The breakfast that was included is a nice touch, it was just 2 x small croissants and tea/coffee, which we had every morning before going out and getting proper breakfast else where later on in the day.
We did not eat any meals in the restaurant or avail of any spa treatments.

"Wonderful hotel in close proximity to city centre"
Although it doesn't look like much on the outside, the decor on the inside is beautiful. It is continued throughout the hotel. Staff friendly, rooms with the choice of heating or air on, free safe, strong shower, comfortable bed but the buffet breakfast was the only thing making it slightly tales she than perfect

Check in was strange. Arrived from UK and discovered had booked the wrong dates. As the hotel had availability, no problem.
Quoted us an elevated rate and we decided to book online. We booked and showed the confirmation but waited 40 mins or so till the hotel received confirmation. Went to check in and then were told the booking was for 2 not 3. We explained that we did not want an extra bed or bedding and that our child would just sleep in the same bed. We were informed that we could not and rules were rules. We explained that the 5 minute old booking was non refundable. They told us to prove to them that it said the room could sleep 3. We went over the point the 3rd person was our child and did not need another bed but if there was an additional cost we would pay. They told us we had to do this with the booking company. At that point we explained that it was a no cancellation policy. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one on duty. Eventually they gave in and let us stay when the reservation staff member over ruled her.
The reason im writing this is because it was actually a very nice hotel/apartment. Great spa and fitness facilities and the rest of the staff helpful and friendly. One staff member can ruin an experience for a visitor and whilst we had messed up it is at times like these when you appreciate a helpful and understanding staff member. The staff member at reception was certainly not that.

Spent a night just wanted to be closer to town center and fully surprised by this cheap and very centralised hotel. Room is clean and spacious, everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended to those who like to stroll around city center.

This B&B reflects the feeling of grandeur that the beautiful architecture of Budapest demonstrates. It is within walking distance of all attractions and is situated near some fabulous restaurants. Breakfast is plentiful, fresh and delicious. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and warm. Our host Attila could not be more interesting to talk to nor more helpful when it came to discussing what there is to see. He booked a shuttle bus to the airport and a meal in a restaurant on our behalf. We also had a fascinating discussion about the history of Budapest. I thoroughly recommend this B&B as a quirky, comfortable alternative to run of the mill hotels.
