Mold in the shower, hairs left on the shower walls. Staff were rude and not very helpful in the Estrella area. I would not stay in this building again over the main casino. Also, room service isn’t available even though it’s offered on the phones/website.

Room had an outlet not working. Shower had no pressure. The maid just hung back up my used bath towel. We got dinner to go at Casino del Sol but 1 waitress bagged it, brought it another table, we saw them shake their heads, she took it back to the shelf, pulled it out of the bag. It sat for more time, until i finally walked into the staff area and said i believe that's mine and it's probably cold by now. Handed me bag and said sorry. No accommodation, maybe offer a dessert...no.
