Was very disappointed in the condition of the room. Furniture was very dated, furniture old and dirt under glass desk. Furniture on desk was dated and broken. Was disappointed in condition considering the price and the name Peppers. First staff member on desk was short with her communication and rude.

It’s pretty outdated. I think I saw that it was a 4 star hotel? It’s a 3 star in reality at best. The location was impeccable and the pool is HUGE but the rooms could use an upgrade.

Peppers Location is 100%, short walk from ferry. Bus stop is also located at the ferry terminal with easy access around the island, $1.00 per person hop on and off all day pass is unbeatable. The resort pools and grounds are kept beautiful. We only used the restaurant for breakfast and sadly found breakfast basic and cold, the outside chairs have mould and could do with a scrub. Our 3 room apartment could do with a freshen up, metal stools were rusty. I will defiantly go back to see if advice was taken, it just needs some TLC.
