Hotel was kept very clean and really made an effort to make it feel 4 star. Walls were very thin though - even the floors and ceiling let all noise through so could be difficult getting peace in peak season. We had no problems on this occasion though. Breakfast is average but if it's part of the package it's worth it otherwise I'd go elsewhere for food.

Great value for money. Very clean, good facilities including small gym, covered swimming pool, well laid grounds, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was limited but enjoyable. Staff were helpful, and the free airport shuttle was a big bonus. Room was small but adequate for a short term stay. Only poor mark was on location. It is in a residential area of town some distance away from the town centre and beach.

Great location, within 1 min walk of beach, tourist info centre, beach, restaurants, car hire (best price in town), bike hire, Irish bar.
We went in October and the price was so good we thought until the last minute something must be wrong with it, but it turned out to be better than we expected. Great size room, large wardrobe, balcony, sea view (you can watch the sunrise from it), clean, hairdryer, towels, excellent breakfast, superb choice at breakfast

I had a double room, very clean and plenty of space, the shower is the only thing really that caused me any issues during my stay, the shower head had seen better days and was clogged, but still worked well enough to do the job.
The hot water never got too hot and would need to be ran for 5 minutes for it to become hot. Other than that brilliant and already planning my next visit.

We decided to spend Christmas in the Hotel Amaragua, what a fantastic location, easy walk to Belamadena and right on the beach. The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful. To be honest there was no faults with the location or hotel. The weather was very warm so spending christmas day on the beach was a bonus. Easy transfer from the airport would highly recommend this hotel.

Pocket Guide: Arroyo de la Miel Torremolinos Hotels
There is more than meets the stereotype to this Anglo-centric seaside resort. While most of Torremolinos is a brash high-rise heaven for fun-loving Brits, the low-rise western part is patronised by the Spanish and has a very different character. Soft golden sands stretch either side of town and there is a huge choice of entertainments by day and night. Aquapark is a white-knuckle water world; Tivoli World is the region’s major theme park.
