The room is beautiful and very clean kudos to the cleaning staff. However the in room phone did not work. The blow dryer was also out of order. Over all our stay was positive.

"Call for parking"
Great hotel, mini apartment set up, close to venues. Parking garage was full, had to park in public parking garage, was late because of it. Ordered room service, food was good but a little expensive for the portions. Great hotel for multiple night stay, not for single night.

"Clean, great staff, overall GREat!!"
We had a long flight from San Jose to Toronto (connected flights). My first trip to Canada to celebrate my birthday. Staffs were very friendly and nice. He knows we were tired and try to find a room that is cleaned and ready to go given we are few hours earlier than checked in time (what a coincident that he was from CA too!!). Unfortunately, I don’t like end of hallway room, so we need room exchange. As soon as the elevator arrived lobby, we were greeted by him and he upgraded us because he knows we were very tired and want to get some rest. Very considerate!!!! Jacob/Jason (pardon and sorry in advance if I got the name incorrect), is extremely nice and helpful. He told us about places in Toronto to visit given I really haven’t done any research. Overall, great experience and will definitely recommend and go back again. Also, great, convenient location (this is very important)!!!

    Explore Toronto

Canada’s largest city has a reputation for being nice – good-natured and unpretentious, with a sly sense of humor. There’s some truth to that stereotype, but it’s only half the picture. Toronto is incredibly diverse, a polyglot city where recent immigrants make up nearly half the population.

It bustles with international business, lively neighborhoods and a vibrant arts scene. Dining in Toronto is a revelation. Foodie enclaves like Ossington and Leslieville are red hot, but don’t miss the authentic ethnic eateries of Chinatown, Little India and Greektown.

Check out the expansive view from the CN Tower – or, if you’re truly daring, try Edge Walk, a thrilling, hands-free journey around the outside! Explore the Distillery Historic District, arty Queen Street West or upscale shopping area Bloor-Yorkville. Stroll the boardwalk in the quaint Beaches or hop a ferry to the peaceful, car-free Toronto Islands. Everything is awesome for kids at the Legoland Discovery Centre, while hockey fans can touch the actual Stanley Cup at the Hockey Hall of Fame. Beauty, eh?
